• You must be authorized to manage and act on behalf of the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect to the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish (including text, images, and videos) and must ensure you hold the necessary rights and copyrights for such content.
• You agree not to use the Service to publish any content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or violates the rights of third parties or Meta's platform policies.

3. Service Availability and External Dependencies

The core functionality of publishing content relies on the availability of Meta APIs and other external hosted services. Consequently, there may be delays, failures, or interruptions in publishing due to platform restrictions, API outages, or network errors. Acoaad is not liable for missed schedules or failed posts resulting from these external dependencies.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have abused the Service, violated these Terms, or if your usage poses a security risk to the infrastructure or violates Meta's guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability
