If you wish to remove Acoaad Social Publisher's access to your Facebook or Instagram accounts and delete your data from our systems, you can do so by following either of the two methods below.

Method 1: Remove Access via Facebook Settings

You can easily remove our app's access directly from your Facebook account settings:

1. Go to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
3. Find Acoaad Social Publisher in the list of active apps.
4. Click Remove and confirm your choice.

Once removed, the app will instantly lose access to your accounts, and our systems will automatically begin the process of invalidating your tokens.

Method 2: Submit a Data Deletion Request via Email

If you want to ensure all your associated data is permanently deleted from our servers, you can send us a manual request.

Important: We will NEVER ask for your password or Access Token. Do not include sensitive security information in your email.

What happens after your request?

• Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your request.
• Deletion Timeframe: Your tokens will be revoked, and all linking data and stored content will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
• Backups: Please note that residual data may remain in our secure backups for a limited additional time before being permanently overwritten.
• Compliance: Certain technical logs may be retained only if required by law or necessary for critical security diagnostics.
• Final Notification: You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion process is fully completed.
